I recently joined a Draenei-only guild and they tipped me off to tumblr post (rurukatt.tumblr.com/post/16795…) about a prompt called Draecember. Like the half-dozen lists of prompts I've already set for myself and failed, I plan to probably do the same for this! At the very least, it will be practice for and something to help inspire me. Whoo. There's writing prompts, too, but I'm not sure if I'll do any of them. We'll see.

I'm sticking this here mostly for myself. Considering how terrible I am at remembering (especially when it comes to actually coming onto dA in the first place), it's better I put this someplace relatively permanent sooner rather than later. Not gonna do these in order because I don't have stories for some of them yet. I'll be doing this one in tandem with my other 100 themes. Hopefully one day I'll have all two hundred done.

Yes, I'm doing this again. I dunno if people even do this anymore, but I want to and maybe I'll revive the challenge. Get more people to try this. I failed the first time, and this is going to help me keep myself sane during work as well as help me improve my abilities. The only thing I can do well is learning, so I shall learn how to be a better artist!

100 Themes Challenge

The point of this challenge is to test and improve your skill as an artist. After 100 pics who wouldn't be better.

The basic rules

1.) Make 100 art entries, each pic having a theme listed below. Each pic should have ONE and only ONE theme to it, for it to count.

2.) No time limit so have fun

3.) The main picture should be drawn by you, or involve photos taken by you for the purpose of this challenge. No old art! It should all be newly made for this meme!

... Considering it's over a year since the last time something went here, I wouldn't hold your breath. I tend to have ADHD.

Where have I been? Everywhere. Up in the clouds and down on rock bottom. It's been quite a trip.

But now is not the time for existential purple prose. I could go on for hours and sound like a whiny brat. Let's skip that and go straight for the awesome.

Yes, I am back. Hurray! There will be deviations again! Sorry for abandoning you all. I missed you. And sorry if I miss anything you've made for me, or wanted me to see, or whatever. I've got over twelve thousand deviations, journals, comments, what have you, and it seems to me it will be -much- easier to just wipe them all and start off fresh. Feel free to poke me, note me, or bash me upside the head with a two by four and demand my attention to stuff.

I'm restarting my 100 Themes Challenge, because I want to try to use it as motivation to start cranking out art like I used to. There will also be a Nuzlocke comic in the near future, but since I'm bad at farce it is not going to be as good as the original by any means. Hopefully I can still write a good story. I'm also taking requests (I've already noted a few people that left comments regarding them), so if you want me to make you something, let me know. I need to get out of this slump!
